CONTEXT:

Despite this pandemic still looming over us, I stuck with this passion project and did another 12 monthly layouts in 2021. In my second year of this project, I’m trying to figure out what my “design style” was and to learn more about vectors/the pen tool.

I could have taken an online class, but I learn things best by doing. This is the same method I used to learn Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

In these past 12 months, I don’t think I found a set style yet, but it’s been fun to experiment and to branch out of my comfort zone. This passion project has taken more time to complete this year as I tried more complex tools and tasks in Illustrator, but it’s been rewarding to see the end product.
